Vice President Yemi Osinbajo and Senate President Bukola Saraki today, March 8, 2019 joined the world in celebrating the International Women’s Day.
Osinbajo took to his verified Twitter page to appreciate and celebrate women for their role in nation-building.
The vice president lauded women for their extraordinary roles played in many successes in Nigeria.
Osinbajo wrote:
“Women are incredible. The Nigerian woman is even more extraordinary. Filled with wondrous abilities, Nigerian women are responsible for many of the successes we witness in our communities and nation as a whole.
“Today, we honor you, you rock”, he wrote.
