R&B super star, R. Kelly has regain his freedom after posting the sum of $100k
However, the R&B singer could still return to jail on March 6 if he refused to pay $160,000 to his ex-wife as back child support payment. [ads]
TMZ, report that, the bond was posted after the 52-year-old singer appeared in court to make a not guilty plea to all the 10-count charges of aggravated sexual abuse.
The $100k bond he paid is only 10% of his original release bond, which was pegged at $1,000,000.
As R. Kelly exited the Chicago county jail there were protesters on the sideline who hurled insults at the singer, calling him a pedophile among others.
